• Account Information: When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.
• Academy Data: Information you enter about your academy — centre name, address, student records, batch details, attendance, and fee records.
• Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are processed by our payment partners (Razorpay for India, Paddle for international). We do not store your card details directly.

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, click interactions.
• Device Data: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution.
• Location Data: Country and time zone based on your IP address (we do not track precise GPS location).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain our services
• Process payments and manage subscriptions

Your data is stored securely on Cloudflare's global edge network using D1 databases and R2 object storage. We employ industry-standard encryption, access controls, and regular security audits to protect your data.

Each academy's data is isolated in its own database shard, ensuring complete data separation between different academies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with:

• Payment Processors: Razorpay (India) and Paddle (international) for processing subscription payments.
• Infrastructure Partners: Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental regulation.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Object to certain processing of your data

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before being automatically purged.

MintFee uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

MintFee is designed for use by academy administrators (teachers and centre owners). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
